When will I receive my report?
ErnDae provides Same-Day Reports. David can explain the findings and answer questions after you’ve reviewed them.
Is thermal imaging included?
Yes. Thermal imaging is included to support the inspection. It does not guarantee that concealed conditions will be identified.
What will my inspection cost?
Use Get a Quote for pricing for your property and the services you need, or call 901-501-6289.
What happens after the inspection?
Review your report, then discuss the findings and next steps with David.
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes—you’re welcome to participate. David generally encourages clients to join him during approximately the final 15–30 minutes. This allows him time to inspect thoroughly before walking you through important observations, answering questions, and explaining how the findings will be presented in your report. Coordinate your arrival time with David before the appointment.
How should the property be prepared for an inspection?
Please coordinate with the seller or property contact to have utilities on, arrange access to locked areas, and clear paths to the attic, crawlspace, electrical panel, and heating and cooling equipment. Secure pets so the inspection can proceed safely.
Let David know beforehand if utilities are off or access is restricted. Do not reconnect utilities or move anything unsafe yourself.
