A closer look
Thermal imaging provides additional temperature information to support inspection observations and identify areas for a closer look. It does not see through walls or guarantee that concealed conditions will be identified.
Drone capability supports roof observations when conditions allow. Its use depends on safe operation and conditions at the property. These tools complement the inspection and its findings.
An inspection is a visual evaluation of accessible conditions at the time of the visit. It cannot reveal every concealed defect or guarantee future performance.

David examines accessible systems and components. Clients are welcome to participate and are generally encouraged to join during approximately the final 15–30 minutes for a walkthrough and questions.
